We are excited to let you know about the new features we introduced in relation to new fiat markets.  

The main one is a mandatory KYC procedure for all users. This procedure is required by the European Union’s legislation for secure trading. We have described the KYC requirements on this page in detail. This is closely related to the Verification Levels, the next feature we’d like to introduce. The feature’s main functions are:
– unlocking exchange features, including fiat withdrawals
– increasing user’s withdrawal limits
– increasing the number of deposit/withdrawal methods

All active users having positive balances have to pass KYC until April 16 in accordance with the relevant Verification Level. After this deadline, they will be automatically moved to Verification Level 0, on which all deposit, withdrawal and trading features are disabled. Users with zero balances have already been moved to Level 0.

We would like to remind you that now we have many new instruments, including USD, ZEC, XLM and USDC markets. In total, we have more than 40 trading pairs, consisting of the strongest currencies. Pass KYC, make a deposit and look forward to potential rewards from your trading!
